In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "j118", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the j118 platform and its operating entity, which owns and operates the website accessible at j118.im and all associated sub-pages and services.
• "Platform" means the j118 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all gaming, betting, and account management services offered therein.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the j118 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account held with j118, identified by a unique username and secured by a password chosen by the player.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all j118 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by j118 under any promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player via an approved PKR payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process applied by j118 in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards.

By accessing the j118 Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players accessing j118 from Pakistan, including from cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Hyderabad, and all other locations. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the j118 Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

j118 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

To register and use the j118 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. j118 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Creating an account while under 21 is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be acting as a private individual on your own behalf, not as a representative of any commercial entity or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of j118, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. j118 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration at any time.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended j118 account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from the j118 Platform or from online gambling under any applicable self-exclusion programme.

j118 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

Your j118 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. j118 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.

You must notify j118 immediately via our support team if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. j118 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

j118 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances, without prior notice where the situation requires:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of eligibility;
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or disputed transaction from a player's payment provider;
• Detection of a duplicate account in violation of the one-account-per-person rule;
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in connection with money laundering or other criminal activity.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud, any verified Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered PKR payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon account closure.

All deposits and withdrawals on the j118 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j118 supports the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash Deposit via approved banking channels.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the player's j118 account within 30 seconds of confirmation. j118 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players must verify their identity before their first withdrawal and may be requested to provide updated verification documentation at any time. j118 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made from the Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.
• j118 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests of significant value before processing.
• j118 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or policy breach.
• Any deposit made and not wagered at least once prior to a withdrawal request may be subject to an administration review.

j118 does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the j118 account holder.

j118 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all j118 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Subsequent registrations or duplicate accounts created to claim a welcome bonus will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within this period will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• j118 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash directly — they must be converted to Real Money Balance through the completion of applicable Wagering Requirements.
• j118 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any player activity constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is determined, j118 may cancel any associated bonus and withhold any winnings derived from such activity.

All games available on the j118 Platform — including live casino games, slots, RNG table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before placing wagers.

j118 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games, independently audited to ensure compliance with international fair play standards. Live casino games are delivered by licensed third-party studio providers and are subject to those studios' own rules and operational procedures.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a wager, j118 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's Real Money Balance. j118 shall not be liable for any loss of profit or anticipated winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.

For sports betting markets, j118 reserves the right to void or suspend markets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or suspicious betting patterns. All sports betting settlement decisions made by j118 are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j118 Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering under a false identity, providing false date of birth, or impersonating any other person;
• Creating or using more than one registered j118 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been wagered;
• Systematic or coordinated bonus abuse, including arbitrage strategies designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent;
• Any activity that j118 determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

All content on the j118 Platform — including but not limited to the j118 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of j118 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse-engineering of any Platform content or software.

Any unauthorised use of j118's intellectual property may result in legal action. Players must not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of j118.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j118 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Use of, or inability to use, the j118 Platform;
• Technical failures, server downtime, or loss of internet connectivity affecting gameplay;
• Loss of anticipated winnings due to game malfunction or technical error;
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to secure their login credentials;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

j118's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the Real Money Balance held in that player's j118 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits j118's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

j118 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by j118 — including name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and gaming activity records — is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where applicable, personalised promotional communications.

j118 does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios — strictly as required for the delivery of Platform services.

In the event of a dispute arising between a player and j118 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms & Conditions, players are encouraged to contact the j118 support team in the first instance to seek informal resolution. j118 is committed to resolving player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.
